Missing part/Customer Service

My purchase of this is for a new construction home so I have not had time to use to reveiw its performance but the trim kit came missing a part I have the part number but cannot find it anywhere online to purchase and cannot get anyone from Frigidaire on the phone to locate the part I pray I never have issues with the FreezerFridge because I'm not sure I'll ever be able to reach someone to get a repair done

Yes it didn't ship with instructions but was able to find some I am a DIY type person with no experience with installing fridges I bought the pair and this trim kit I have to say that I'm very happy with how they look work and I hope they continue to work as they do initially This is a big upgrade from the last version which we are still using in another location

I have installed many fridgidaire trim kits this kit is a new design No instructions came in the box and have not been able to find instructions online nor has the appliance company that it was purchased through We've been on hold with the manufacturer for over an hour Now I'm sooo disappointed with fridgidaire right now
